New Hampshire Poll

The latest New Hampshire poll shows Mitt Romney and Hillary Clinton in the lead of their respective parties but it's very important to note that only 7% of Republicans and 10% of Democrats said they have settled on their choices. This means that the race for New Hampshire is only just beginning.

Republican results:

1. Mitt Romney 33%
2. Rudy Giuliani 18%
3. Fred Thompson 13% (has not entered the race)
4. John McCain 12%
5. Newt Gingrich 4% (has not entered the race)
6. Mike Huckabee 2%
7. Ron Paul 2%
8. Tommy Thompson 1%

No other Republican candidate received 1%.

Democrat results:

1. Hillary Clinton 36%
2. Barack Obama 27%
3. Bill Richardson 11%
4. John Edwards 9%
5. Joe Biden 4%
6. Dennis Kucinich 3%

Christopher Dodd and Mike Gravel did not make the 1% mark.

The poll also shows that if Al Gore entered the race he would have 8% of the support currently.
