Al Gore Endorses Barack Obama

Al Gore appeared with Barack Obama tonight in Michigan. Read the story at the NYTimes.com.

Michigan is also where John Edwards endorsed Obama indicating the importance of the state in Obama’s electoral strategy. Michigan went blue in both 2000 & 2004 but is very close in the polls at this point. Probably mostly because Michigan did not hold an official primary due to the DNC violations so Obama did not campaign in Michigan during the primaries.
