Barack Obama Moves Ahead In Texas

Barack Obama’s momentum continues as he has now moved ahead of Hillary Clinton in the latest CNN poll of voters likely to take part in the March 4th Texas primary.

The poll shows Obama with a 50% to 46% lead. While this is a small lead it seems to be significant because it’s the first time Obama has moved ahead of Clinton in Texas.

This graph of the polling numbers for Dems in Texas clearly illustrates the momentum of the Obama campaign.

Clinton does hold a lead in the latest Ohio polls although Obama has shown some signs of catching up there as well. Polls also indicate that Clinton holds a lead in Rhode Island while Obama appears to have a strong lead in Vermont. Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont also hold contests on March 4th.
