Barack Obama’s Momentum Is Growing
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Feb 3, 2008 in Barack Obama
As many (includes myself) thought it would, the Barack Obama campaign has benefited greatly from John Edwards suspending his campaign for president.
According to the latest Zogby polls, Obama has moved ahead of Hillary Clinton in the extremely important state of California and has also moved into a virtual tie in New Jersey & Missouri. Obama’s movement in New Jersey is most surprising as not long ago NJ looked to be a sure thing for Senator Clinton.
Nationally, Obama has pulled into a virtual tie with Clinton in the latest Gallup national poll as Clinton holds a statistically insignificant 46% to 44% lead. The the sampling error in this poll is +/- 3%.
