Sarah Palin appeared on the SNL special tonight and in a live sketch (via satellite) that was apparently supposed to be funny but was instead actually quite creepy.

So I’m not the only one. Yeah, that was creepy. Combine that dead-eyed look of a sociopath with those lines they gave her, and you’ve got a classic uncanny valley thing going on.

Creepy - that’s exactly the word that both my son and I used after we finally figured out we were staring at the television speechless and completely confused.
