Karl Rove admitted that John McCain was wrong with his remark that the Anbar Awakening was caused by the surge in Iraq. Although in typical Rove fashion he tries to spin it. But can you spin McCain, who is running almost entirely on foreign policy experience, not even knowing the basic details of what has happened in Iraq?
