GOP Senate Candidate: People Should Pay For The Doctor With A Chicken
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Apr 21, 2010 in Uncategorized
This is the state of the modern Republican Party. Sue Lowden, the leading GOP candidate for Senate in Nevada (who is likely to face Harry Reid in the general election this November), actually says that those without health insurance should try “bartering” with doctors for health care.
As an example she says that people could “bring a chicken to the doctor.” I’m not making this up. This is not The Onion. The Republican Tea Party is just absolutely insane. Please tell me that there are not enough crazy ignorant people in this country to actually elect them into power this November.

See folks: This is the opposite of “progressive” — it’s “regressive.” If it’s up to the Republican Tea Party we’ll head back a few hundred years…
