Jimmy Carter Is Endorsing Barack Obama

Former President Jimmy Carter said he is officially endorsing Barack Obama when the final votes are cast in South Dakota & Montana tonight.

“The fact is the Obama people already know they have my vote when the polls close tonight” Carter said.
