Jimmy Carter: June 3 Will Be Time For Hillary To “Give It Up.”

The final primaries in the Democratic nomination process will be held in Montana & South Dakota on June 3rd.
According to this story on the CNN political blog, former President Jimmy Carter has been quoted as saying that Hillary Clinton needs to “give it up” on that date.
Barack Obama is expected to pass the delegate threshold required to become the presumptive Democratic nominee with those June 3 primaries (whether he wins them or loses them.)
