Obama Ad On McCain’s DHL Deal
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Aug 15, 2008 in Barack Obama, John McCain
John McCain’s campaign manager, Rick Davis, was paid to lobby on behalf of the foreign company Deutsche Post’s takeover of DHL in 2003. McCain pushed for the deal in the senate. Now there are 8,000 Ohio jobs in peril because of this deal which is obviously very closely tied to John McCain’s campaign.
This is Obama’s ad which is now running in Ohio:
Ohio was a close call in 2004* and if it had gone to John Kerry, he would have beaten George W. Bush and won the election. Obama can win the Presidency with Kerry’s states + Ohio so obviously the state is of huge consequence in this year’s election. 538 currently calls Ohio in 2008 a “toss up.”
*There is much evidence that there was election fraud by the Republicans in Ohio in 2004 and that Kerry would have won the election if all of the votes in Ohio were cast & counted fairly. Click Here to read more.
