Obama Jumps Into Big Lead In Gallup National Poll

The latest national tracking poll from Gallup is great news for the Obama campaign. His world tour seems to be reaping benefits. Or maybe it’s a response to all of the lies and dirty campaigning from the McCain campaign? Most likely some combination of the two. Regardless, Obama now holds a 49% to 40% lead over McCain nationally according to Gallup.

Obama’s lead in the Gallup national poll has been rising over the past few days. It was as close as 2% just 4 days ago but since then has jumped to a 6%, 7%, and now a 9% lead over the past 3 days.
