Obama Passes McCain Nationally In Rasmussen Poll
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Apr 9, 2008 in Barack Obama, John McCain
In the latest Rasmussen poll released today, Obama has taken a 46% to 45% over McCain nationally. While this lead is not statistically significant, it is the first lead Obama has had in this poll over McCain since March 9th (when he also lead 46% to 45%.)
Considering that McCain was ahead of Obama by as much as 10% (most recently a 51% to 41% lead on March 27th) and by 5% just a few days ago (48% to 43% on April 6th) this has to be seen as a very positive development for the Obama campaign. Especially when coupled with the fact that he also moved ahead of McCain in the most recent Gallup poll.
