Barack Obama is inaugurated as the 44th President of the United States at 12 PM (January 20, 2009.) Television coverage of the inauguration events should start getting going around 11 AM. Before Obama is inaugurated as President, Joe Biden will be be inaugurated as VP.
CNN is estimating that there will be 2 million people at the inauguration.
