Fox News Censoring Ron Paul?

Saturday, December 29, 2007

According to AP reports Fox News is planning on excluding Ron Paul from their January 6th Republican debate.

Considering that Ron Paul has shown a huge amount of support by raising $6 million in just one day (12/16/07) and that he is polling higher than Fred Thompson (who is being invited) in New Hampshire there is no reasonable explanation for Fox's exclusion of Ron Paul other than censorship. In the latest USA Today/Gallup poll Paul has more than twice the support of Fred Thompson and is in a dead heat tie with Mike Huckabee and Rudy Giuliani.

This is a great example of the corporate interests in this country trying to decide who the next president of the United States is. Why should they get to decide who we are allowed to vote for? Who is a "serious" candidate? Why should only the candidates who are bought & sold by corporations be up for consideration?

A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for freedom and democracy. Do you want your country back?

Until Ron Paul is invited to the January 6 debate we propose a boycott & protest of Fox News. Send emails and letters to Fox News and their advertisers letting them know you are unhappy with this censorship, this thinly veiled attempt at controlling the democratic process in America.
