President Obama’s Approval Rating Back To Inauguration Levels
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on May 3, 2009 in Barack Obama
President Obama’s very first Gallup approval rating as President of the United States was 68% on January 24 (poll taken January 21-23.) It’s normal for a President to start off with a high approval rating such as this right after his inauguration.
It’s not as normal to maintain such a high approval rating over three months later. Today (May 3) President Obama’s approval rating is back up to 68%.
I think this means we can officially put to sleep (for now, anyway) the Fox News/GOP meme that The President Is Losing Popularity.
