Republican Super Tuesday Results
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Feb 6, 2008 in John McCain, Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul
While John McCain won a majority of the big states today for a majority of the delegates he did not have a dominating day as Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney both won a solid share of states as well.
John McCain has won the following 9 states:
Arizona
California
Connecticut
Delaware
Illinois
Missouri
New Jersey
New York
Oklahoma
Mitt Romney has won the following 6 states:
Colorado
Massachusetts
Minnesota
Montana
North Dakota
Utah
Alaska has not yet been called but Romney currently holds a 41% to 22% lead over Mike Huckabee (with 28% reporting.)
Mike Huckabee has won the following 5 states:
Alabama
Arkansas
Georgia
Tennessee
West Virginia
Ron Paul did not win any states today:
Paul’s best performances were in Montana (2nd place with 25%), North Dakota (21%), Minnesota (15%), and he’s also doing well in Alaska where he currently has 16% of the vote (with 28% reporting.)

Seems McCain would really have to screw this up not to get the republican nomination. With the Democrats its much more interesting, even though Hilary won, the race is still on.

I think it’s a pretty twisted interpretation to say that Hillary won considering that Obama won 14 of 22 states.
It’s clear now (after Feb. 9) that Obama has all of the momentum in this race.
I expect him to dominate on Feb. 12 as well.
