Ron Paul Nearing $20 Million In The 4th Quarter
By ThePresidentialCandidates.US on Dec 31, 2007 in Ron Paul
Ron Paul’s campaign is nearing the $20 Million mark for money raised for the 4th quarter today, the last day of the quarter. As of 4 PM Paul is at $19.2 Million. This total is likely to be the highest total for any Republican in the 4th quarter (October 1 through December 31.)
No other Republican has made the running total of their donations public but to give some indication how impressive Paul’s $19.2 Million haul is, Mitt Romney lead all Republicans in the 3rd quarter with just $10 Million.
The campaign’s goal was $12 Million which was surpassed on December 16th when the “Tea Party” raised over $6 Million in just 24 hours.
