Sarah Palin’s “Association”

While John McCain’s running mate Sarah Palin has been making remarks (LIES) about Barack Obama’s associations (to people he barely knows like Bill Ayers) she’s actually got “association” problems of her own. Like her extremely close association to the Alaskan Independence Party whose stated goal is to have Alaska secede from the United States.
How close is her association to the Alaska Independence Party? She & her husband are both former members of the party and she gave a videotaped address to their 2008 convention. Watch this clip:
