Stop The Drug War

I strongly believe that the drug war must be ended and I have explained why many times before (click here for a recent post on why marijuana should be legalized.)
I think it’s important that those who believe that the drug war is wrong speak up and let President Obama know how they feel on the issue. And I also think it’s very important that the issue be given mainstream attention. Why? Because it needs that mainstream attention to become a “mainstream idea” so that that mainstream politicians will start to get serious about something that I think is intellectually extremely obvious (just as obvious as repealing alcohol prohibition was in the 20s and 30s to anyone with any sense back then.)
On that note I’m featuring this recent showdown between Ron Paul & Stephen Baldwin on the legalization of drugs. Paul is for it, Baldwin is against. See who you think makes the better argument:
