Rick Perry has ended his bid for the Presidency and is endorsing Newt Gingrich. According to the latest poll numbers Perry is only polling at 4% with Republicans nationally, but with momentum on Gingrich’s side this endorsement could be enough to put him over the top in South Carolina’s GOP primary on Saturday.
