Sarah Palin appeared on the SNL special tonight and in a live sketch (via satellite) that was apparently supposed to be funny but was instead actually quite creepy. Watch it here: Go to VoteForChange.com to find your polling location.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer making note that much of Tina Fey’s SNL parody of the Palin/Couric interview used Palin’s original words:

Sarah Palin’s interview with Katie Couric was so bad that Tina Fey used a lot of her exact words in her parody of her last night. Think about that: Sarah Palin is so bad she’s a parody of herself.

It’s become common knowledge that John McCain’s attack ads on Barack Obama are nothing but totally ridiculous lies and this weekend Saturday Night Live opened up with a skit on just that fact:
