Why Christians Should Support Ron Paul

Republican candidate for president Ron Paul is the right choice for Christians (and all Americans for that matter) in the upcoming 2008 presidential election.

Real Family Values

* Ron Paul is a doctor who has delivered over 4000 babies. He is pro-life.
* Ron Paul and his wife Carol celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2007.
* Ron Paul has 5 children and 17 grandchildren.
* Ron Paul is a Christian who belongs to the Baptist denomination.
* Two of his brothers are ministers and he considered becoming a pastor as a young man himself before choosing to become a doctor.

Military Service

* Ron Paul served as an active duty flight surgeon from 1963 to 1965. He achieved the rank of Captain.

Pro Peace

* There is nothing more Christian than being pro-Peace. Ron Paul believes that war should be a last resort. He believes America should only go to war to defend itself rather than the current foreign policy which is to act as the world’s policemen.
* Remember that Jesus is described in the Bible as the “Prince of Peace.” Ask yourself, What Would Jesus Do? Do you think going to war is really the Christian thing to do? You know deep down in your hear that it is not.

No Income Tax (Dismantle The IRS)

* Ron Paul believes that you should be able to spend your own money rather than having a big federal Government spend it for you.
* Ron Paul wants to end the income tax and dismantle the IRS.
* He has never voted to raise taxes. Ever. Compare his record on taxes to that of Mike Huckabee who spent some of his time of Governor of Arkansas begging for more taxes.

Strongly Supports Home Schooling

* He will veto any legislation that creates national standards or national testing for home school parents or students.
* No other presidential candidate has a stronger record on home schooling.

  1. Great article. I’m a Christian for Ron Paul and I’ve convinced many of my Christian friends to vote for him too. I don’t support him just because he’s a good Christian man, I support him because he makes so much sense. He seems to want to give our country back to us, the people!

  2. I’m not a Christian but I think it’s cool that he is so into his religion but he doesn’t try to force it on other people. He just wants everyone to be free to do what they want, including Christians (and everyone else!) It just makes sense. Everyone should be free to do what they want to do. And everyone should be alive to enjoy it. War is anti-Christian and anti – everything else too. We have to stop going to war for no good reason!

  3. “The Bible commands that the law promote justice because human beings are not good enough to promote justice individually on their own,” she said. “To assume that voluntary charity will raise enough revenues to meet this standard is to deny the sin of greed.”

  4. You don’t have to convince real Christians to vote for Ron Paul. You have to convince the fake neo-con christian zionists to vote for them. But even before that, you have to get them to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, because whatever the neo-cons god is, is certainly isn’t Ye’shua, or Yaweh.
